As a result, companies are requiring more flexibility in their administrative staff to keep up with the global marketplace and its various time zones. Many business owners are opting out of the traditional brick and mortar existence but are still in need of day to day operational support. Others are choosing to run their businesses from smaller facilities where there is not always the space to accommodate an administrative professional. Where there is change there is opportunity.
